ADM Ready Kit · Privacy Act APPs 1.7–1.9

Your automated decisions, described and on record before 10 December

A guided inventory of the decisions your software makes or helps make about people. From your answers we draft the privacy-policy section the new rules require, and give you a register, a staff briefing and a dated evidence pack. About 20 minutes, done in your browser.

A$197A$297

Launch price until the end of 10 December 2026. AUD, tax invoice by email. Full refund within 14 days if it isn't useful.

How it works

  1. Add each automated decision: what it decides, the system or vendor, the personal information it uses, and whether the software decides or helps a person decide.
  2. Generate. We draft the wording for the three required disclosures and check that every decision you listed is described.
  3. Download your files. Check each sentence against your systems, publish the wording, and file the evidence pack. Come back any time in the next 12 months to update and download again.

The five preparation steps, with your answers filled in.

What this is, and what it isn't

  • It prepares the disclosures in APPs 1.7–1.9: the kinds of personal information used, the kinds of decisions made solely by a computer program, and the kinds a program substantially and directly helps you make.
  • It is not legal advice. It is the preparation a privacy lawyer would ask you to do first. For bespoke advice, ask us for a referral.
  • Your inventory is stored to generate your files and is never shared or used to train AI models.
